Amelia 9.4 brings a set of improvements focused on the parts of scheduling that usually create the most friction: booking flow, calendar sync, and employee setup.

In this release, the biggest changes are centered around flexibility. From keeping the same time slot with a different employee to managing multiple Google and Outlook calendars more easily, Amelia 9.4 gives you more control over your day-to-day scheduling.

Give Customers More Flexibility When Booking Different Employees

A busy employee no longer has to mean a lost time slot in the cart.

When a customer adds another appointment to the cart, the same time slot can still be selected with another available employee. The booking flow stays smooth, checkout feels more convenient, and fewer bookings are lost when the selected time still works.

For businesses with multiple employees, this means a smoother cart experience and more flexibility when customers book multiple appointments at once.

Keep Availability Accurate with Multiple Calendar Sync

Managing multiple schedules becomes much easier with support for multiple Google and Outlook calendars.

With more calendars connected, availability stays more accurate, and bookings stay better aligned with real schedules. This helps reduce double bookings, avoid conflicts, and make day-to-day scheduling much more reliable.

Employees also have more flexibility in managing their calendar setup, making it easier to stay organized and keep everything running smoothly.

Limit Customer Access for Employees

You now have more control over which customers employees can see.

A new role setting allows admins to decide whether employees can view all customers or only the customers connected to them.
